Information we collect
When you begin a test, FluentCheck records the full name and email address you provide, the selected test and site language, your answers, score, estimated level and technical timestamps. Contact forms store the information entered so the team can respond.
Why we use it
This information delivers the test, associates a private result with the participant, creates the PDF, investigates technical problems, answers requests and protects the service. Providing an email address does not create an account or marketing consent.
Storage, access and providers
Results use non-sequential identifiers and are not placed on public profiles. Access is limited to authorised administrators and instructed providers for hosting, database, email delivery and maps, using only the data needed for their function.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy and may object to certain processing. Write to info@fluentcheck.com with enough information to locate the relevant result safely.
Security, retention and updates
No internet service can promise absolute security, but FluentCheck limits collection, access and retention and uses private result links. The service is not designed to collect children’s data without appropriate adult involvement. Material changes appear on this page.
