Privacy policy

Information we collect

When you begin an assessment, FluentCheck records the full name and email address you provide, the selected assessment and site language, your answers, score, estimated level and technical timestamps. Contact forms store the information entered so the team can respond.

Why we use it

This information is used to deliver the assessment, associate a private result with the participant, create the downloadable PDF, investigate technical problems, respond to requests and protect the service from misuse. Email collection does not create an account or marketing consent.

Storage and access

Results use non-sequential identifiers and are not placed on public profiles. Access is limited to authorised administrators and service providers acting on instructions. Data is retained only for as long as required to operate private results, address security issues and meet applicable obligations.

Processors and international services

Hosting, database, email delivery and map services may process limited technical data needed to provide their functions. Providers are selected for operational necessity and are expected to apply appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of personal data, and may object to certain processing. Write to info@fluentcheck.com with enough information to locate the relevant result without sending unnecessary identity documents.

Security, children and updates

No internet service can promise absolute security, but FluentCheck limits collection and access and uses private result links. The service is not designed to collect data from children without appropriate adult involvement. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page.
