Terms of use

Using the service

FluentCheck is provided for personal language self-assessment. You must provide information you are entitled to use and must not interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, extract protected answers or attempt to access another person’s private result.

Nature of the result

Scores and levels are estimates derived from the completed reading questions. They do not verify identity under supervised conditions and do not assess every language skill. You are responsible for checking whether a school, employer or authority requires a recognised examination.

Content and intellectual property

Some assessment materials are adapted from open resources and remain subject to their stated licences. FluentCheck branding, original interface content and software are protected by applicable rights and may not be reproduced except where law or an explicit licence permits.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, correct or update the service, questions and scoring presentation. Temporary interruption, browser incompatibility or data loss may occur despite reasonable care; keep a downloaded copy of any result you wish to retain.

Responsible limits

The service is supplied as an informational self-assessment tool. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FluentCheck is not responsible for decisions made by treating an estimate as an accredited qualification or for third-party requirements outside our control.

Contact

Questions about these terms, content permissions or a technical issue can be sent to info@fluentcheck.com. Include the private result identifier only when necessary to investigate the request.
