What this assessment measures
Thirty reading-comprehension questions are selected across three relative difficulty bands. The assessment looks at meaning, detail and inference in written passages. This free online Latin level assessment gives a structured indication of reading comprehension through practical passages and varied questions, with the limits of an independent nonofficial result clearly explained.
The Latin test uses 60 original reading exercises drafted with AI assistance. They have not been independently validated by a Latin examiner; the result is an indicative self-assessment, not an accredited qualification.
